Contract Labour Rates

FCE Contract Labour is available at very competitive rates. Please contact our staff for more details.

Occupational Health and Safety

FCE will work with the host employer to ensure the safety of our contract labour staff by undertaking OH&S inductions and an on-site assessment of the work site before the first candidate commences.

It is a client responsibility to ensure that the worksite including plant and equipment remains safe.

Contract Labour to Permanent Transition

There is no FCE placement fee where an assigned contract labour worker has completed a continuous period of a minimum of three months and is employed by the client.

If the client desires to transfer the contract labour worker onto their staff before the three month period has expired, then the applicable Permanent Staff success fee will apply.  

Reference Checking

While FCE will endeavour to ensure that referred candidates are appropriate to the position description provided by the client, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring the suitability of the candidate for the position before employing the candidate.

Payment Terms

The recruitment fees will be invoiced when the successful candidate commences employment. All invoices issued by FCE are payable within 14 days of the date of issue.
