28th April 1998 – FCE opened for business in Forrestfield with Job Matching - Flex 1 and Job Search Training - Flex 2 Federal Government Employment Services contract.
1998 – Registered for a General Licence under the Employment Agents Act WA 1976
1999 – Became a member of Job Futures
2000 – Awarded Job Matching sub-contract with Job Futures in Forrestfield and Burswood. Formed business partnership with South Metropolitan Youth Link to deliver Job Matching in Cannington
2001-2003 – Established recruitment partnership with Coles Myer Limited recruiting for Coles Supermarkets, Myer, Officeworks and Liquorland in the Perth metropolitan area.
2002 – Award Personal Support Programme sub-contract through Job Futures for Forrestfield and Cannington
2002 – FCE in partnership with Anglicare WA awarded Community Work Coordinator contract for East Metro ESA
2002 – FCE formed contract labour partnership with The Bayside Group
2003 – Awarded Job Placement License
2003 – Formed partnerships with several Job Network Agencies in Perth to provide a range of professional recruitment services
2003 – FCE runs first Ready for Retail course
2004 – 2008 FCE East Perth office
2005 – FCE in partnership with Anglicare WA re-awarded Community Work Coordinator contract for East Metro ESA
2005 – 2009 FCE Geraldton office
2005 – FCE runs first Ready for Admin course
2006 – Re-awarded additional Personal Support Programme sub-contract through Job Futures for Forrestfield, Thornlie and Armadale
2009 – Became a Registered Training Organisation
