For the past eight years FCE has specialised in the area of Work Experience providing projects in conjunction with a range of Government and community organisations throughout the Perth metropolitan area. This Work Experience provides an opportunity for job seekers to experience the work process in a caring and encouraging environment which allows them to return to a regular work environment.

Undertaking Work Experience allows participants to remain connected with the workforce while forming valuable work habits.

FCE and HillSide Church actively participate in this process by sponsoring job seekers in various parts of the organisation including FCE office, THE Well Café and Walridge Retirement Village.
