The Success Fee structure covers the recruitment process including advertising, screening of candidates, reference checking, reporting and presenting short-listed candidates to the employer. The two options reflect the different lengths of the replacement guarantee.

If for whatever reason the employer does not require a replacement candidate then any fees will not be refunded.
Advertising
Internet job advertising on Australian Job Search website and through the FCE network is included in our fee structure.
Advertising on SEEK.com and The West Australian or community newspapers will be charged at cost only after employer approval has been received.
Additional Employment
Should the client employ more than one of the candidates referred by FCE, either for the advertised position or any other position within the organisation then the client will be charged the applicable Success Fee for the position.
Reference Checking
While FCE will endeavour to ensure that referred candidates are appropriate to the position description provided by the client, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring the suitability of the candidate for the position before employing the candidate.
Payment Terms
The recruitment fees will be invoiced when the successful candidate commences employment. All invoices issued by First Choice Employment are payable within 14 days of the date of issue.
